• Are intended for prescription renewal only

• Do not replace a comprehensive eye exam

• Require that you meet eligibility criteria (e.g., age, stable prescription, no active symptoms)

Results are reviewed by licensed professionals. Ineligible users will be advised to seek in-person care.

We do not guarantee that a prescription will be renewed after completing the test.

The content on our website and services is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Always consult a licensed eye care professional for a full eye health evaluation. If you experience pain, flashes, floaters, or sudden vision loss, seek immediate in-person care.

If applicable, fees for services are clearly stated prior to use. All payments are processed securely. Due to the nature of telehealth services, we do not issue refunds once a vision recheck has been completed and reviewed.
